Terms & Conditions me77 — Official Platform Guidelines

By accessing, registering for, or using the me77 platform (me77.vu) in any way, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published by me77 from time to time.

• Me77 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, third-party financial institutions may impose their own charges.

You may close your me77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn all eligible funds from your account.

me77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of termination due to a terms violation, me77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the internal investigation is complete. If the violation is proven, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Under no circumstances shall me77's maximum liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.
